hi, i wanna re install windows on my pc ( i like to do it every now and then, sad i know ) just wondered if i will have to re-buy the game, or will i just be able to re-download it from my steam? thanks, i hope my question makes sence, lol.

If you login with the same account on Steam (as you are now), you should be able to redownload it from there. Make sure you know your steam account/password or able to retrieve it via email.
But in short: no, you do not need to rebuy it, it is linked to your steam account and you can redownload it from there!
