Re training new position

Hello,

Can someone please tell me how long it takes to re-train a player to a certain position? I have a player who is natural MC but accomplished in MR i could do with him being a natural MR so how long would it take to train him there?

Depends on the players adaptability rating fella, which is a hidden attribute. Some players may struggle to achieve natural in a position if adaptability is low. Keep playing him in that position is the best you can do. The more he plays the better he will get. If a player is just trained in a position without playing it is pointless.
