Reading - championship

its very possible to win the championship with reading in the first season without any signings, so if your current squad is stronger than that then yes you can, also it is hard to tell what areas need improving since we cant see how good your players are. if you make a tactic that utilises readings strengths, eg fast wingers like kebe that it will be easy to get promoted
