Im in january 3rd season im in 19th struggling really bad i play a 4-2-3-1 View attachment 399176 i have ?6m and im selling Markus Henriksen for ?10m 2 season 0 goals 2 assists ***** so ill have around ?13m im bringing in Holtby on loan (Hopefully) so i need a back up lb and an AF need a good striker.

From what i can see just from the tactic screen theres couple issues at least in my opinion. Using the "Play Wider" and "Shorter passing" doesnt tend to work that well neither does having Shorter passing using Counter mentality. Id consider changing it and giving that a try. What are the other instructions you are using since cant see the whole list from the page.
Player wise a LB i like is Alberto Moreno, may just be called Alberto from Sevilla. He may be expensive by then though depends on your save. Also another LB Nicola Murru. Both are young since you wanted them for backup theyll develop to future first team in next few years. Not sure what striker to recommend theres too many
