Reading - The story so far..

Hi everyone, my aim is to get Reading into the Champions League and hopefully one day, win the Premier League. I will post from here my results, transfers, and basically whats going on in my game.


Transfers In: Joe Mattock - 2.6M.
Mark Beevers - 1.7M.
Brian Easton - 300K.
Franco Zuculini - 350k, Coming in January.


Transfers Out: Michael Duberry - 500k.

Charlton 0-2 Reading

A terrific display from the Royals as a wonderfull goal from Jay Tabb from 25 yards on 62 minutes secures the 3 points for Reading. Dominated the opposition in every aspect of the game. Well played.


Derby 2-0 Reading

One of those games, had all the shots in the world but couldnt convert. Derby had 2 shots on target and scored them both. That was the difference in the game.


Reading 1-2 Coventry

Lots of shots in this game for Reading. Looking like a team with a good build up but no end product at the moment. A last minute penalty from Freddie Eastwood gives them the three points. Nothing much you can do there.

Yeh im just looking to buy the players for the future at the moment. Hence the signings of Mattock and Zuculini

You're doing pretty good with the signings mate, I understand what you mean about that Derby game, I had one of those with Swindon the other day, very annoying lol. Try and budge into those automatic spots. I'm doing alright with Swindon, had very bad start because brought in 4 youngsters on loan and they were in the starting line up every week and weren't experienced enough, but now climbing up table and now 14th Good luck with your game.

Thanks mate, looking for a play off spot this season. Need the youngsters to develop abit more. Doyle Lita and Long all injured at the moment. Have to play Simon Church :/.. Struggling for goals. When they get back to full fitness I should perform very well. Nice one mate, just try to stay up this season and get a few players in next season then I don't see why you can't go up.
