Real Competition names!

Alright guys, Ive noticed on some screen shots thats some people have real names for competitions eg, "Barclays Premier League" and i assume they have UEFA Champions League" etc etc. where do you get that from? I know they must be in downloads but where exactly? Hit me back guys

"If you have updated to v9.3.0. Go to:
....\football manager 2009\data\updates\update-930\db\930\lnc\all and delete everything in that folder"

I cant find the data file?? anyone help?

Its been so long since i done this im struggling to remember.

Try Documents>Sports Interactive>FM 09> db

cheers, the db file is already empty? and is this file still there? cause when i extract it and look in it is not showing anything?
