real life regen faces

how do you download real life regen faces? can you add these into an existing game or does it have to be from the start?

In game, just add them into the correct folders, usually come with the download). You might have to reload the game, ie reboot FM, but not start your save game from scratch. I meant to put them in myself... must find hte link again later.
