Young Scottish Manager Neil Scott, gets Dream Job with Real Madrid Castilla, he would like to what Pepe Guardiola done with Barcelona B & then take control of the main squad in a couple of years

Scott says this in his interview at the Alfredo Di Stefano Stadium

"Its a dream come true as a club I supported as a small boy in Scotland, now I'm managing the B team I hope I bring Castilla back some pride and hopefully get a change to manager Real Madrid"

Note - this is my very first story on this site so please be kind here & give me some help now and then, I need some time off for my legends database which I've been working on for almost a month and just got to Germany I'll keep on working on it after new year day

Nice idea, something different. worst thing is that Real will steal your best in-form players when they hit form, but that makes it more of a challenge. Good Luck!

put the Spanish league down to the Segunda División B leagues then look in Segunda División B Group 2

Although mate, one of the main differences is that Pepe Guardiola is a Barcelona legend. So pretty much he got a job he was close to guaranteed anyway. Well that is as long as he didn't do a Adams, haha.
