Try adding some text explaining about the tactic, tips on what to change when facing certain teams, team talks, sort of players you'll need for each position, explain the tactics individual roles, teams this is good for or been used with.

People are more willing to try tactics that have a good level of description about them and pictures of results with different teams the tactics been tried with.
