Well boys, I have abandoned the Union save and I will make constant updates for this save for as long as I can. This should be fun since I'm a fan of RM and was happy to see them win the CL.

Breaking News: Real Madrid appoints unknown manager
It seemed it us that Carlo Ancelotti's deal with Real Madrid was done and dusted but now Fiorentino Perez changed his mind. The fans are rioting outside the Bernabeu. An unknown manager has stepped up and accepted the job offer. It seemed to the fans that Perez was penny pinching and decided against the 55-year old and went with the inexperienced 20-year old.

Breaking: Red Bulls refuses to speak to the media
Looks like we'll never find out about the young head coach's ambitions. Red Bulls have refused to speak to the media. Instead, the media were presented with former World Cup winner and assistant coach Zindezine Zidane.

Zidane: I can only tell you that he wants all the thugs and the prima donnas out of the team. He wants to revamp the way we bring up our youth. That is the only way we'll win anything.

Zidane could be foreshadowing the outgoings of many experienced players such as Casillas, Diego Lopez, and Pepe.

I have a few goals in mind in this save
-Have at least 5 U23 players on the first team
-Promote players from the B-team to the first team.
-Improve the youth system
-Use experienced players left to tutor the younger players
-Just win, baby
-And play Bielsa's style of play: tighter marking/pressing, possesive 3-3-3-1 formation

Interesting project, will be following this.

To make it a bit of a challenge, you should sell CR, Di Maria, Alonso and Benzema :D

It was a bumpy pre-season but that was just pre-season. A lot of ins and outs took place, a new tactic and playing style was presented and the team would suffer. Good money made, tho and the tactics are closer to being fully fluid and it showed. We only conceded two goals in our first set of games and one of them was an OG by Rafa Varane (ouch).

A great transfer window for us as we were able to strengthen our defense and phase out some of the aging players. I could really do without guys like Pepe and Arbeloa. The most shocking of transfers would be Benzema for 50M. A great player, yes but I already have the young 20-year old in Morata doing the business and HE is on lesser wages. I have also brought in some wonderkids for the B and C team. Guys like Bertoli, Luca Valzania, and Rafael Guarderas will make their names known in the 3rd division while Timo Horn, William Carvalho, Richie Zivkovic will hope to give us some extra cash and maybe win the Adelante while the big boys aim to win everything.

Here is our Tactics
Main: Chile 3-3-3-1

Cups Only: 4-3-3

I have sold Benzema but thats because of his wages and age. It would be too unrealistic to sell the rest. CR7, Di Maria, and Xabi can be great tutors for the young guns

La Masia is Spanish for "The Farmhouse"

Barcelona bought a Farmhouse and used it to house their foreign boarding students in the early days.

I'm just having a joke mate :P
Decent story and good signings. Good luck in your domination of Spain and Europe.

We once again resume our unbeaten run after international break. We also took a W against Man C with Jesus Navas scoring a double to make the result more respectivable for the sky blues.

Unfortunately, our unbeaten run has come to end. Barca came and Barca left. To be fair, we were playing in the Camp Nou and Barca was...Barca. Here we are in the table

Also some good news.

Don't expect more fun in the winter transfer window, tho. I'll prolly be hunting for bosmans and regens instead

Tough luck once again. While we only conceded two goals in the entire month, one of them resulted in a 1-0 loss against Sociedad. Antoine Greizmann getting on the scoresheet mid first half.

Like this idea. Madrid does have too many pre-maddonas and not a great defence! Good luck and it's going well so far :)

Wow, the Man C loss was kinda useless because we already advance to the knockout round but those losses and all those losses come from late winners!! LATE WINNERS!! I got FM'd :o

Well, that was fun. Beat Granada in two legs and we'll face Barca in the next round of the Copa del Rey. :D

And here are our transfers

Sami Khedira just couldn't accept his new role in the team and packed his bags and left. We did at least gain a profit but whatever. We replaced him with 17-year old Timo Werner and 21-year old Kevin Volland. Nuri Sahin might also come back after his loan spell with Dortmund and he play a part in the team.

A couple of deals for wonderkids were already done in the summer and will join us when they turn 18. We also decided to take some guys in on bosmans. Guys like Nicola Murru, Tom Ince, and Vydra will either be backups or bargain chips. Jaime already plays for our B team and will continue to do so next season.

We just keep dropping points like flies. We also just can't beat Barca. I don't know if the game hates me or Barca paid SI :D
At least the board didn't care for a cup win

Well, a bumpy month but we got through the next round of the CL and we beat Barca. Board is on my *** telling me to win 10 points in 5 games. I'm only one point away.

Regen Day

Terrible but took the players with at least 2-stars.

At least we had plenty of money to snap up these guys.

****. Once again the FM Gods screwed us over. The players decided not to show up against Man U Taking a 4-2 beating on aggregate. Looks like I could be gone after the season is over. If that is the case, then this save is dead and I'll do a save in either Germany, Argentina, or Brazil

And here we are in the table

Went undefeated but this season is dead. I got a contract extension, but that don't mean anything with Perez at the helm and FM Logic. If I stay on next season, I plan to sell more older stars like Marcelo, Modric, and maybe Xabi.

And here we are in the table

Once again, if the board fires me, this story is dead. I already have a save on-deck if that happens
