Real team and competition names?

hey, this may not be the correct place to place this but i am wondering does anyone know
how to correct team names i.e fcp to porto? i have the download but i dont know what file to extract it to.
any help would be appreciated

Have you tried reading the instructions that probably come with the file or will defo be on the files thread ?
