Real Time Editor Help!!!

I know you have all got tired of ****** helping people with this. I have downloaded the editor, but when i open the editor it comes up FMETEv2 has stopped working.

When i try to install MS.Net 3.5 Framework it tell me components cant be installed (or something like that)

I'm not sure about the last bit but i know that you have to have football manager running for the real time editor to work.

Nope, playing the game and trying to load the editor, still gettint the "has stopped working message".
