really expensive youth players

hey guys, im new to this game and im having a problem with signing some youngsters.

i found a good looking regen in my second season who was worth 4million. i decided to offer a transfer. the problem is that his current club want 20 million but he is only 15 years old. i decided to offer this just to see what would happen and when i got to offer him a contract he wanted over 50'000 and wanted a key player role at the age of 15.

is there anyway to get a cheaper transfer on him?

If he wants that, then he won't settle for anything more than 5-10k less.
