Really need some help on the whole line.

My problem: love playing FM, playing it since CM2 but last years i just never seem to be able to get any real succes.
All the tactics i find don't work.
And i wanna win without having to exit and replay matches

i hope there is someone that wanna help me out because it is frustrating to see my team of stars loosing of the smaller team in the leagues and that way i can barely keep top5

If u might know web-pages where i can learn please post but i finally wanna get started building a world class team

Just keep trying that's the only advice I can give. If it means for one season or so you have a mediocre season that is fine. With Leeds I was promoted first season to the Championship, second season I finished 15th in the Championship...mediocre realy as I expected myself to challenge for promotion...third season I am 2nd after 17 games and should win the league - but still have the odd off game.

Stop exiting and replaying...it turns the game against you!!
