Really Struggling To Make an Impact

as a manager.

I am half way through my second 2 season.

I was sacked by Blackburn 9 games in after a 4-1 defeat to Bolton.

Had a month or so out of the game. I was then offered the Millwall post.

Took the job won 4 out of the 1st 5 games in charge.

Now all of a sudden this are aweful not won in 4 league games and sliding

down the league qucikly.

Brought in N'gotty, Nash & Siberski on free transfers playing 4-4-2.

I really do not want to lose another job.

My aim is to try and look long term and build a special team at Millwall.

But I need help please :$


Ok I moved on from the above.

I find myself in the championship finsihed 13th in my 1st season

Now bottom in my 2nd after 6 games

Got a decent side

play a 4.1.1.2.2 type formation
defensive mid sitting. never getting 4ward
arrows 4ward on fullbacks and wingers
no arrow centre mid but let him get 4ward
arrows back the way on centre backs
tactics quick direct attacking creativity-much

Your signings dont look the best to be honest, stay away from old journeymen espcially in the lower leagues, alough there stats are good they never seem to place well

The fans went mad when I brought in Sibenski

I will have a look at other players

try a new tactic maybe? if your team morale is low, dont go in with heavy team talks ect. belive in your players and they will belive in you

If you start a new tactic it will take time for the team to stared playing well with it and I don't think you have that much if tings keep this up.Maybe the new players haven't goten use to the team system.Maybe you faced very strong teams in your last 4 games.It is hard to win against a better team.Don't wory things will get better.^^)

how bout tryin 2 bring in new staff maybe??? or go change ur tatics slightly or possible try other players and be harsh on players that aint player i.e ur playin below par

I have gone from a 4-4-2 to a 4 -1-2-1- 2, any suggestions on tactic.

When you say Staff eg

Just got a New GK Coach Nigel Martyn.

maybe look at the coaches stats and c if the striker an defence coach is any good??
try 4-1-1-2-2
