Hello everyone, I am having quite a tough time on Football Manager at the moment. I am managing Hendon in the Blue Square South. At the moment I am currently bottom of the league with 7 points (2 wins 1 draw) from 14 games. I have been switching around with some formations for a while now, although I have kept them long enough so my team can become familiar with it. What I am trying to say is, I don't know where I am going wrong! I don't understand why the formations I am using aren't working. I am currently just using the standard 4-4-2 formation, which is currently working best for me. But how do a lot of people out there almost win every game? Can anyone help me?
Also, in the 14 games I have played, I have only scored 5 goals. I need a formation that will score me plenty of goals while not conceding. Basically a winning tactic!
