Recommendation of facepacks

Hey man,

I need a facepack which is the closest to this one as even possible:

The cut-out facepack, but just an updated version for FM 15. But every time I try to download some of them, I can't? And besides that, they're like 6-10 gb! Have you a good recommendation for a facepack you may be using, or have tried?
