Recommended Tactics for this squad..

Hello all.

I've recently been having major dips in form with my Liverpool team and I dont know why. I'm currently in season 17/18. My formation is 4-2-3-1 (mentality: standard, shape: structured, instructions: none) and my team is as follows:

GK: Lloris
RB: Carvajal
CB: Marquinhos
CB: Sakho
LB: Bernat

CM: James Rodriguez
CM: Pogba

LW: Reus
ACM: Isco
RW: Sterling

ST: Higuain

SUBS: Nkoulou, Smalling, Pereyra, Kovacic, Marcelo, Sturridge.

Any ideas?

What is your Player roles and duties because it seems like you have to many attacking players for example Pogba and James in the holding positions. Pogba might do the job there but he is not the best. Also set team instructions, a tactic does not work in my experience without team instructions.

Attacking 4-2-4 , with Higuain and Reus as strikers,Isco as AML ,and Sterling as AMR....
I won Europa League,BPL and Capital one cup with Arsenal in the 1-st season.it's a beautiful tactic only 7 defeats in the 1-st year,you must try this tactic:
