Record button greyed out!?!?

I want to record some highlights, when i clicked rewind the record button appears - however it is greyed out, so i cant click to record... why is this? I have more than enough space on my computer to do this so i dont understand why its not allowing me to hit record?

Can you view the game highlights like normal? If not, then you probably haven't got the game to save enough details of certain games.
