Im playing as Dortmund in season two somehow from finishing 5th last season im mounting a title challenge but with two months to go my team are descending from first to third due to the fact i get a player sent off every game, its not the same player its always a different play and not second yellows and off they are all straight red cards i have 4 games left to catch bayern it can be done but i need maximum points anyone help me?

yes I issue a warning if its their first offence this season, 2nd offence 1 weeks wages same with 3rd offence and 4th red card is a two week fine.

Well I asked a serious question hoping anyone who was immature had already been sent to bed by their parents, but it seems their is always one person who is either a child or someone who has the mentality of a child lurking on this and everyother site, to be honest its sad.
tone down your OI, don't use tackle hard if that's what you've been using.
That's all I can think of, unless you have specific player instructions as well. Maybe use the opposite touchline shout to get stuck in, can't remember what it is atm.

Well I usually sent out a warning to the first player who got sent off in that season then fine 2weeks wages to all players that got straight red cards after the first player received a warning. The players seems to be accepting it. Even if they're unhappy,you still can talk to that player to solve it,so no harm done.
As much as I would like to reply to your comment with some immature sentences, i will you leave pondering whether or not this is an insult, you Oxymoron (not google allowed!) Congratulations you have just been bamboozled.

Do you discipline your players after they get sent off, it's better off if you do.

Maybe be less agressive in tackles, and stand off more in tactics. Be strict with players, and issue warnings and fines. You need strict management if you want to win.
I tend to warning if it's their first red of the season, their second of the season 1 week fine, third and any after that 2 week fine.
If they get 2 yellows though, always just a warning for me.
Try lowering your agression levels, or even tell players not to dive into tackles. Also, try not tackling "hard" and maybe just "normal".
