regan faces disapearing

hey guys im just curious if this has happened anyone else where the regans pic disapears and ur left with just the black outline?

as u can see same player but his pic is gone, not a massive deal but wierd

Go into the drop-down 'settings' menu. Go into 'preferences' then into the 'interface' tab. On the right, about halfway down, there is two boxes, the bottom one should be ticked. If it isn't, there's your problem.
