Regen Discussion

I'm currently in 2022 in my game (v11.1) and noticing that all the regen talent is coming from either France or Brazil. European teams seem to be doing better than most but still not creating amazing players, and as for the African and Asian nations, well, they have 1 good player come from their continents in the past 10 years.

Where has your regen talent come from and do you think this is an issue SI need to sort out?

I'm only in the 4th season of a game, but the amount of good regens coming out of France is incredible!
I know that quite a few teams have top training facilities, but if I do a search for all players 17 and under, sort by value, I bet that more than half of the top 20 would be French!
And as for English, there have been about 2 good ones :/

It should be better spread I think, although great young players coming out of Brazil is pretty realistic I suppose
