Regen Help!

I got a 158cm left back. He has immense potential and I picked him up for just 3.2M.

I am in the Premier League however, will 158cm be a problem? It is a little on the small side. And the regen is 18 years old already, not going to grow much more, maybe 160 at most.

If he is a speed merchant, or high jumping reach/heading, shouldn't be too big of a problem I could imagine. Try to train his physicals and mentals (Such as positioning) that you believe would help him gain an advantage over an opposing attacker(again, such a positioning or speed). Hope this helps.

As stated above, if his pace, positioning, decisions and anticipation are good, then you won't have to worry, persist with him. With those things, he can make up for being short.

I have a regen CM who is 165 CM, which is rather short for a CM, but he has good mental stats, and if I pair him up with another good BW tall CM, he bosses stuff.

Unless every team in the league plays with a wide targetman against him, play him, if he is that talented. I had plenty of under 160cm players, it was never an issue not even when I played one as a only striker.
