Regen Images Gone

Didn't see any topic so I decided to create one.

Ever since the new patch really, I have lost all the images for my regens. Has anyone else experienced this problem? What can I do to get them back?

Before starting a new game, there is the option to give them animated faces or not
 
I mean in my existing game saves. I can't see any in my existing games and in new ones.
 
check preferences there might be the option Sam was talking aboout altho im not sure
 
I looked at the preferences and here is what I got. Anyone know why generated is greyed out?

Umm, not sure, what does 'recent folders in file dialogs' say?

Also, have you removed anything from the FM installed files?
 
Recent Folders says 5 - and no I haven't removed anything.
 
I'm having the same problem.. The option to view generated player faces is greyed out in preferences. I looked at the official SI-games forum and found a couple of other people that had the same problem as well, but I couldn't find a satisfactory answer that could solve the problem for me.

The problem occured since the latest patch I think, and occurs in games that were already started (and in which i could see regen faces before) as well.

Can anyone help me with this?
 
Found the solution! Thanks for not answering.

But for all people that have the same problem in the future:
You need to validate your files (or something like that) if you have the game via Steam. If you have it on a CD, it might be necessary to do a re-install.

And if you don't have it on Steam or CD but through that other thing?
