Regen keepers

I'm into the year 2037 and my first team regen keeper is 39 this season, but is by far, better than any other keepers around.

I've been looking out a few years for a replacement, but there have just not been any good regens appear. I wondered if anyone else has had this difficulty with finding keepers so far into a save?

I have a hard time finding good regen keepers because of how I got about it. I have a player search filter for finding regens, it looks for players under 18 (or whatever age I select that day), has all of the attributes selected at 11 or 12 and looks for players matching 7 of those attributes. It doesn't work well for keeps since they develop so much later than other players but is great for looking for outstanding youngsters.
