hey guys how do i scout the regen players. really im afta the wonderkids. any help will be great!!
 
If your board allows send your scouts to other countries and add the specifications you want to his assignment
 
do all the regens show up even if i havent selected every country in my saved game as i hav only selected s few??
 
regens still show up in that country. You can go to your search, put filter of players below age 17 / 18 then find the one with the higher values as they have more chance to be good but there are some hidden gems that needs you to scout them yourself. If your assigning a scout to scout in a country, it has less chance of finding hidden gems and it takes time.
