So I have this awesome regen

but he cant join my team until 2017 cause hes brazilian, as you can see his technincal stats are amazing but his physical... not so much.
So my question is how can i effectively improv his pace, acceleration and all that stuff.

Will develop with age, and for training, increase his aerobic.

Yeah, his physical stats will increase with age, he is only 14. If I had him, I'd expect his acceleration to be about 11 by 2017. When you get him just put his aerobic training to full.

It's because he's from a different Continent and under the age of 18. I think..

You can't sign Non-EU players under the age of 17 I think.
