What is a good way to find quailty regens without using editors?

you gotta put in your own leg work and find them. That's what I do, usually look through national teams and put guys on the shortlist. As a serie C1 team in italy, I got two amazing French national under 21 ML/MRs, after I saw articles on them wanting out of their team, I got them for free or nearly free.

i sometimes use the player search and put the age minimal, and clock it up after iv scout reported the highest value players
