they are players who can be scouted, or they will come through your academy

but they dont really dont exist in real life.

Regens are the players you get through your academy and scouts after 1 or 2 seasons, they're completely random so you can get some really good ones and maybe some really rubbish ones, they have cgi faces and as far as I know you cant make them.
