Registration problem

Ok so i am Celtic and have signed a **** of a lot of players, only trouble is alot of them sign after European Cup registration window and get the hump when i cannot pick them because they never signed in time

how do i go about this when chatting to them?

Zivkovic is one and i dont fancy upsetting him as hes a ******* beast
