Relaying the pitch

Am reaching end of season and wanted to know when exactly is a good time to ask the board when to do this, have asked once and got a no, dont want to upset them as having pretty successful season.

any help be appreciated

there is no 'good' time to ask. Why does it need relaying? What state is it in? The only time the board wil accpet a request is when the pitch is described as terrible on the club information screen.

And even then they may not accept the request due to financial restraints. If so you may have to change your tactics to play more direct/long ball football.

Ok, cheers i'm currently playing with the 4.1.5 tactic so pretty direct anyway.
