Release Newcastle Assistant.

Basically, I wanted to release him, but board wouldn't let me do it, they always block it. How can I remove him from Assistant post, so I can hire another Assistant? :|

Actually i fired him like 2 hours ago
First i made a offer to an another AS, and then i Terminated The contract of the current one

If nothing else works, try giving him a new contract, slightly higher wages, but 1-year lenght... Sometimes they'll let you terminate his contract if he accepts the 1-year contract, and if not, you'll only need to look at him for another year
