remaining wage budget

Okay...so on this section of the finances I usually just put what I think the highest wage would be for a player at that club, for example if it was Man City I would put this at something like 250k, or for Leeds United around 12k. But am I doing this right, or is remaining wage budget not this at all, if so, what do i do for remaning wage budget.

Each club has a wage budget and a wage bill, for instance Man City:
Wage Budget: £2.5m
Wage Bill: £2.3m

Wage bill is the combined amount that your players are being paid, and wage budget is the budget that pays for the wages. Therefore in the instance above, £200k would be left, because you take the wage bill away from the budget.
So then you'd have have a maximum of £200k to spend on new player's wages before you get to £0. I hope I've answered your question as I didn't really understand but I think I'm on the right tracks.
