i still always suggest buying Eugene when people ask for a Complete forward or Target Man.
still a great cheap buy for most clubs, the poor mans Milevskyi (well both of them upfront would be quite something )

if you get him in the 1st season he will cost like 3 million or so im sure, and he might even go a lower league too (like the Championship) he was fantastic on Fm09, loved getting him for 1.1 million transfer listed at the start of the game
