Remove/Edit injuries?

Hi all,
The amount and duration of injuries really kills my game experience. Is there a way to remove or at least dramatically reduce probability/duration of injuries? Maybe somewhere in the editor? Or is there a file?

The FMRTE will be the tool you require, but to be fair get some more physios. They prevent injuries, not just treat them.

If your desperate, go into the editor and the players you want to change and change the injury attribute. Though that would have to mean starting again
