Remove Fake Players Faces

I'm currently in 2013 season and a number of new players have been added to my youth ranks is there anyway I can delete the picture of the faces which are not real faces

Go into Preferences (in the game) - Display & Sound - Display Settings - Show Player and Staff Pictures and select Real Pictures Only.
