Removing a league rule.

Hi, I have tried my best to find out how to do this myself but am having no luck.

How do you remove the homegrown rules and the number of players trained u21 at the club from the premier league/Champions league?

You'd need to add nation rules and rebuild the england leagues and remove the rules there (best bet d/l a england lower league database). open in the editor, remove said rules from he fixtures rules list, just go through one by one.

Pretty much same for the champs league, but their may be an off chance that one could be hard coded.
