Removing Champions League

Can you remove the Champions League on Editor? If not can I change the qualification places for it? Thanks

The competition is hardcoded in the game, do you just want to change the qualification places for one league? If so you can edit/create new national rules

Thanks, I was trying to bunch a load of leagues into areas such as the UK and Iberia and have leagues for each one but I don't want rubbish teams left over when I move the good clubs getting to the Champions League like Accrington or something and then the CL being between a handful of clubs because they just play easy teams
