Replicating Atalanta tactics

Good morning,

The last weeks I saw a few matches of Atalanta and I loved the way they played the 3-4-3 system.

I searched the internet and I found two interesting analysis, se below.

I would like to replicate this tactics of Gasperini in FM18, but unfortunately I didn't succeed..

Im using Atalanta first season , i tried to replicate Gasperini's style and i ended up with a 3-4-3 formation.
Im currently sitting first in the table in december , i dont know if its the same as them ,but im having good results .
I can upload the tactic if you want
