Hey everyone,

First of all, sorry if my English is not perfect as I'm not a native speaker ;) Anyway, I've been recently trying to reproduce Everton tactics in-game, especially the role of Fellaini up on the pitch but I can't seem to get significative results - I've tried playing him as a AM but he doesn't appear to be creative and precise enough in his passing. As a striker - TM role - my assistant keeps reminding me that I shouldn't play him up there and he's not quite decisive in the box.
Of course I'm using Hit Early Crosses, Get Ball Forward or Pump Ball Into Box to force direct play but they don't seem to rely that much on long balls on Fellaini.

Maybe I should give him more time to adjust but I'd like to know if some of you already succeeded in playing him forward.
