I just finished my 6th season with Ajax and there is a few things I don't understand.

1. We are currently 4th in reputation in the world yet I am having trouble signing any players from the big clubs even when they are bench players who are already in their early 20's.

2. I am currently in a 63 unbeaten run in the league which is pretty much 2 seasons yet I have never managed to win the head coach of the year.

1. Your league will have some impact on players not wanting to join. Like IRL players prefer to go to the BPL or Liga BBVA despite club rep.
2. Ajax are expected to win the league every year which is why you'll struggle to win manager of the year as its expected of you.
