I'm in my second year of management at Arsenal in October with National status. Last year this is what happened:

- Crashed out of Champo, embarrassingly, but went on to win the Europa League
- Finished 3rd in the League
- Average cup campaigns
- Got the Olympics job with GB and cruised to victory, scoring 24 and conceding 3

How do I get a continental reputation? Will I have to move around European clubs or have a good Champions League run?

I think you have to win as much trophies as you can, European trophies most important.

Well it depends on how quickly you can win trophies e.c.t
Maybe have a shot at international management or try winning silverware with other clubs.

i won the premier league twice with chelsea plus champions league, managed Holland at World Cup and suddenly my reputation became world class.. got to be a mistake in the game..
