Request for a Cornwall database

Could anyone make me a database with Cornwall as a nation? Can it have a fully functioning and playable national league/s, can Cornwall be a member of FIFA, can Cornwall's full name be The Royal Duchy of Cornwall and can all players born in Cornwall have their nationality changed to Cornish.

I'm sure we could sort something out. Check the rest of the editing forum. I would be able to help with this database, just not do all of it, as I don't have the time.

You just have to search in the editor using the place of birth filter in the people tab.

I don't have the time. I have probably all the information I need for the database, but it will take too long by myself.
