Request: information how to be successful, please read

Hey, i've been trying to be succesfull without pre-created tacts etc.
Is there a site with good explanations how the game works(how to select players, staff etc)
With tactival gidelines, whatever helpfull information to improve my manager skill, instead of just copying tactics and buying players suggested on forums

any help/tips are welcome, thnx!!
