Request regarding squad registration

Hi there i was hoping someone with more technical know how than myself could edit the game so i no longer need to register a squad of 25 players for the league and champions league. If you could remove the rule for the English, Spanish, Italian, Dutch and French leagues along with Europa League and Champs League i would be very grateful.

Now i've found out what it entails maybe just the English and Spanish leagues Tried it myself and ended up deleting playoffs

Looked at it, couldn't find the stuff it was saying in the FM 13 file. Out of my realms of expertise as well anyway when it comes to editing. Need someone who wouldn't mind reconstructing the English and Spanish leagues at least without the squad registration rules. It does work as i've done a very bare bones attempt at it but ended up making it so the Championship and so didn't have playoffs and it was just the top 3 teams going up. So just need someone who knows what they're doing to quickly recreate the leagues
