I came up with this idea a while ago and attempted to make this league myself, but failed miserably. My idea was to make four divisions, 2 northern sections and 2 southern sections. These divisions would be after BSS/BSN. The leagues would be filled with reserve teams and small teams like Canvey Island. I would like if someone had a go at this as i think its a genuinely good idea. BLUE SQUARE SOUTH/NORTH NEXT TIER FIRST RESERVE LEAGUE SOUTH/NORTH NEXT TIER SECOND RESERVE LEAGUE SOUTH/NORTH
