Reserve Squad Leagues?

I'm curious if I can get my reserve squad into a league/group like my youth squad. I'm on my first season with Rushden & Diamonds.

There's an email at the start of every season asking if you want to be part of the reserve league and if you want to continue being part of the youth league - say yes obviously
