reserves not setup

I am now about to start my 3rd season. During my first season i had a reserve team setup in a reserve league. During preseason for my second year I was asked whether I wanted to enter a team into the reserve league. I am sure I said yes, but my reserves never played a reserve game.
Again I am being asked to enter a reserve team into the reserve league, have accepted, but have not been entered into a league or have any fixtures despite the fact the every other time has.
What is going on. Any help would be great.

you definitely said yes? what team are you? might be a bug, try reporting to SI

What team are you?
Are you using a custom database?
etc..

I am playing as Bournemouth and am about to start my third season. Season 1 was in coca cola league 2. 2nd season I was in coca cola league 1 and have won promotion to the championship.
I have the latest update through steam and have not used any custom setups.
