After years of European and Domestic domination in my WHU save, saw this in my news feed. Now obviously West Ham've got the loan on the club, so I assumed considering that I have handled finances 'superbly' that Sullivan would've payed this off, but no, he's gone and loaned the club one-hundred mil' with interest payed monthly. So i'm paying out just under a mil' in loan repayments now because of this utterly pointless transaction. RANT OVER (or is it ?).

The only thing I know is that West Ham decided to build a new stadium and you were just above in positives and you needed the extra money to finance the new stadium. Thats the only way the club will take out a loan for that much or for what I have seen. Unless you were really in the negatives and were going in administration. It is kind of weird to hear that much money being loaned out in what I assume you are around ten years in or so in the game. I really think you didn't realize it and the club just did get a new stadium and that is why. In my Newcastle save they took out around 100 million mark loan as well for my new stadium (and I was in the positives for around 200M at the time) and at Alcorcon I took out a 30 million mark when I had over 100 million for a new stadium as well.

If this servery damages to your play in football and you have to sell players maybe it is best to move on and manage another club?

Just a advice.
