Results turning sour

Hi All,

I am currently in my first season with Sunderland and I am 6th thanks to Defoe scoring over 20 goals so far (H).

My issue is since decmebr my results are turning to pot, example swansea samshed me 4-2 and dominated in stats.

I started with the following. 4 1 3 2, counter attacking, structured, direct passing, running at defence

RB Manquillo

CD Kone, Djilob

Anchor - Kirchhoff

LCM adv Ply sup - Sinkgraven

CM DLP - Grujic

RCM adv Ply sup - Toornstra

Why am I spiralling and any tips?
